Load your fleet

Import your trucks, drivers, and brokers from a spreadsheet. Download a template, fill it in, and upload. Re-uploading the same file updates existing rows instead of creating duplicates.

Tractors and power units. Identity is the unit number.

columns: unit_number, vin, make, model, year, plate, plate_state, status, notes

Drivers

Company and lease drivers, keyed on phone number.

columns: full_name, phone, email, cdl_number, cdl_state, cdl_expiration, status, notes

Brokers

Broker book, matched on broker name.

columns: name, mc_number, dot_number, contact_email, contact_phone, payment_terms_days, credit_score, notes
